“FEE FI FO FUM!” A very famous giant once said these menacing words, and now little ones around the world will bellow them too, because one of KIDOLO’s favorite kid’s clothing brands, Izzy and Ferd, has released its spring collection – Jack and the Beanstalk!
Izzy and Ferd loves to take kids on grand adventures. Each collection transports little explorers to far off places. Last fall, we proudly featured its fall ’15 Polar Quest expedition to the South Pole. This year, Izzy and Ferd is bringing a classic storybook to life with a line inspired by a curious kid named Jack, his beloved dairy cow, some magical beans, and a very hungry giant.
As the story goes, Jack was told to go to town and sell the family cow. Instead, Jack traded the cow for magic beans. Well, Jack’s mother wasn’t too happy about this and sent him off to bed. But Jack was very curious about the beans…
The next morning, Jack woke up to find a HUGE beanstalk growing all the way to the clouds! The inquisitive boy climbed to the tippy top and found a castle so big only a giant could live there. Oh wait…
To make a long story short, Jack raced back down the beanstalk and cut it down with an axe – just in the nick of time to defeat the famished giant.
